Summer Training August 2026
Looking to stay active and prepare for the 2026–27 NCL season? We’ve got you covered! This August, we’re offering a High Performance summer training extension designed to keep athletes
sharp, strong, and ready to roll when the season kicks off in mid-September.
Our 16U and 18U athletes can choose between a full water + weights program or a water-only option, while Senior athletes will have the opportunity to jump into a weekly scrimmage night to play with and against our age-group athletes.
All sessions will take place at the Kinsmen Sports Centre, with our coaching staff providing high-quality training throughout the month. Athletes will also continue working with the same HP sport weight trainers they’ve trained with all season, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition into the fall.

OPTION 1 – WATER + WEIGHTS (16U & 18U)
WEIGHTS: MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY | 6:15–7:45 PM
WATER: MONDAY–FRIDAY | 8:00–9:30 PM
OPTION 2 – WATER ONLY (16U & 18U)
WATER: MONDAY–FRIDAY | 8:00–9:30 PM
OPTION 3 – MASTERS ONLY
SCRIMMAGE THURSDAYS | 8:00–9:30 PM
